We completed phase 1 of the nursery makeover this weekend: paint. I got the color (Pale Celery) on the walls a few weeks ago and we completed the trim and ceiling yesterday.
We also did a lot of cleaning, including the windows! So years from now when our little Blueberry is inevitably complaining to at least one of you that her parents never clean the windows in her room, remind her that she had clean windows at least once in her life. And also if she's old enough tell her she can clean them too. They're tilt-in. It's really not that hard.
Next on the list is getting the crib and some prints for the walls and a new light fixture. I'm feeling pretty good that we'll have it together before she arrives. I'm not quite as confident about the kitchen remodel her crazy parents have decided to start a month before she's due...
